Here at RYDES, you’ll play a huge role in shaping how our users interact with the platform and you’ll have the chance to foster a collaborative learning environment at the same time.

We are a small team of creative and bright-minded people who are passionate about making a difference to the way people move. We disrupt anything previously seen, yet take data and customer needs to the forefront of our decisions. We’re now looking to get our hands dirty, grow as a team and continue to enhance our product – and we can’t do it without you!


How you’ll shape the mobility of tomorrow:

  • Creating a strategic sales roadmap from scratch and fuel a pipeline to rapidly materialise our growth targets
  • Always keeping your eyes open to identify and hunt for new business opportunities
  • Hiring, mentoring and developing your own team
  • Defining the overall sales targets and its KPIs in alignment with the CEO
  • Creating reports frequently based on your KPIs to transparently show the actual performance status
  • Owning, shaping and implementing efficient sales processes
  • Developing a strong relationship with your customers and partners
  • Understanding our customers' problems and push their needs to the product lead

Job requirements

What you will bring along

  • You have a strong background to sell both - B2B and B2C products
  • You can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales or/and business development revenues goals
  • You are a true leader always motivated by growing and developing your peers to relief the full potential of your team
  • You are a friendly and pleasant person but with a persistent negotiation style who never accepts a “no”
  • You are a born networker with an extroverted personality
  • You are a consultative seller based on data and insights
  • You are a CRM tool ninja who knows how to implement and use cloud based tools
  • You are fluent in English and German (plus)
